Q. How do I turn off view counting?

Go to Appearance → Customize → Page views and untick Count page views for each question, then publish.

Counting stops immediately and the Views column disappears from your post list. Any numbers already recorded are kept, so you can turn it back on later and continue from where you left off — or clear them with the reset button.
